Mhenlo: Born in Serenity Temple. Spent most of his life in that temple, training to be a monk. *not much room, as most of his life was in Serenity Temple, but more then the others*

Thats a basic overview of those 5's lives and how easy/hard it would be to put that they went to Cantha in the past once Factions was made up.

The only thing I gotta say is Mhenlo seems to me to be far from having a Monkish life style. He seems to make friends easily, especially with the ladies.

Good over view though.

I'm sure when you think of a Monk you think of a Priest from Catholicism or something like that, where the 'monk' cannot be married and whatnot, however with many religions, and the Human's religion in GW, monks can marry and have kids. After all Mhenlo's Mother and Father were both priests *mother to Dwayna and father to Balthazar*. So in GW, monks can also be bachelors

I picture monks in gw2 to be those trained in martial arts and smiters riding the world of evil.
What I'm wondering is why Mhenlo can't go all chuck norris on his enemy's with what he was taught at serenity temple.

That sounds like good suggestion for Sardalac and I would say that Devona is the best warior Henchmen in the game.You also think of Nikki in Factions.you get heros in post searing in Prophecies and when you reach the mainland in faction or after the first mission.

Actually, Mhenlo was in the original GW trailer, you just missed him STANDING IN THE FIRE CASTING RESTORE LIFE while Devona takes a beating.

Mhenlo and Togo were the main npc's in the Factions campaign because Togo trained Mhenlo and Togo asked for Mhenlo's help. Mhenlo, in the manuscripts always looked forward to Devona's decisions because of her naturally born leadership skills, being the daughter of Mordakai. Devona was just a very quiet leader so people always assumed Mhenlo to be the man incharge.

I think Devona is the leader of their little group. Mhenlo is just a plot device.
